•  YSP/Broker Compensation Analysis

The YSP/Broker Comp Summary reports the broker compensation by race. It accounts for the compensation incidence, proportion, amount, standard deviation and disparity impact.

•  Compensation Cap Analysis

The Broker Compensation - Cap Analysis tries to identify brokers who charge excessive compensation.  The user-defined compensation cap percentage is used (default cap is 4%) to find out those brokers exceeding the cap. The information captured in this report includes the broker and the applicant being charged.

•  Production Analysis

The Broker Production Analysis assesses the broker performance in underwriting and pricing. It displays the origination and denial rate as well as average pricing data on each broker.
