The Summary Reports summarizes loan applications by their count, percent, applicant race, applicant gender, action code, loan purpose, occupancy status, loan type, lien status, property type, HOEPA status, applicant income and tract income. In addition, the minimum, maximum and average loan amount, interest rate offered, APR , monthly income, HSE , DTI, LTV credit score and HMDA Spread are also provided. This is essential information for an analyst when describing the sample used for the comparative file review.
