Position: Senior Account Manager - 1/22/2009
Requirements:

  • 5 years min sales experience
  • 3 years in the Mortgage or Mortgage Software Industry
  • High organizational skills
  • 40% travel
  • Proven Sales track record

Responsibilities:

  • Direct prospecting and selling of products and services to higher volume prospects within assigned region
  • Direct supervision of sales team, including input regarding team personnel decisions
  • Assist Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives in strategizing, selling and closing specific prospects
  • Achieve established monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas individually and for your team
  • Identify competitive issues that restrict additional sales or product enhancements to boost sales and the value of the products
  • Provide feedback to assist in the development of marketing materials and the messages conveyed
  • Supervision of sales team messages to public to ensure products are being ethically and accurately represented while attaining maximum sales efficiency
  • Other duties typical of sales management, such as development of incentives for representative and product pricing
  • Collaborate with management to identify new target markets, opportunities, company growth strategies, develop team goals/objectives, etc.

  • Assist Inside Sales Representatives in refining their pitch to clients
  • Achieve established monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas individually and for your team
  • Conduct on-line demos of Questsoft products to prospects’ executive team
  • Identify competitive issues that restrict additional sales
  • Provide feedback about product enhancements that will boost sales and the value of the products
  • Provide feedback to assist in the development of marketing materials and the messages conveyed
  • Provide support to Senior Account Manager
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new target markets, opportunities, etc.

Position: Inside Sales Representative - 1/22/2009
Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills necessary to perform job functions including MS Word, Excel, and high-level of internet searching necessary to generate leads

Responsibilities:

  • Direct prospecting and selling of “core” products and services to mid-tier volume prospects within assigned region
  • Cold calling from lists provided
  • Generate leads to call
  • Procure and coordinate demos between clients and Account and Senior Account Managers
  • Achieve established monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Identify competitive issues that restrict additional sales or product enhancements to boost sales and the value of the products
  • Provide support to Senior Account Manager
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new target markets, opportunities, etc.
