HMDA RELIEF MODULES

HMDA RELIEF - Our basic $395 version will continue to be designed as a highly efficient replacement for the FFIEC government software. This version will be enhanced with any feature that assists in preparing an accurate HMDA submission. For example, a rate spread error report was added with this version along with the Public LAR options and exports to regulators. Reporting is kept to error and data statistic reports (Validity/Quality/Geocoding errors, LAR & Summary reports). Exports are limited to all records (no filters) since most users of this version will usually have loan volumes below 500 loans. All imports are still integrated and updated in this version. In addition, all fair lending fields and associated services are available.

HMDA RELIEF PLUS - Our new Plus version is designed to assist the majority of QuestSoft customers. For only $200.00, Plus customers will receive more export and analysis options. The Institution Register Summary along with Summary Performance Reports are included in this version. In addition, a basic Rate Spread Analysis report is provided. Regarding exports, users have the additional option of restricting exports by state. This version has all of the features of previous versions of HMDA RELIEF, and more.

HMDA RELIEF PROFESSIONAL - This top of the line version contains all of the above features and advanced options that provide the highest levels of analysis rivaling companies that charge up to ten times more for comparable services. Our Pro version will continue to be enhanced this year with reports that break down all aspects of the data. Reports can be filtered by branch, region, representative, processor, underwriter, third party originator and other criteria. The introductory version of the Pro version allows for exports based on these filters today. Rather than display hundreds of specific reports, we opted to create several reports with multiple filters. You now have about 80 more reporting combinations than in other levels.
