Instant Geocoder PLUS is an add-on available for any integration of Instant Geocoder. QuestSoft can tailor virtually any combination of Year 2000 Census Data to fit your individual needs. These are produced as datasets that you then can access for more detailed census information.
This data is provided on a census tract level and you merely execute a request requesting which data fields you wish to view or access.

Our first dataset is based on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) data used for the examination of banking and financial institutions for HMDA, CRA and Fair Lending Compliance. This set contains the fields contained on that site as Summary Census Demographic Information plus a few fields we considered appropriate for the usage.

The FFIEC dataset is perfect for use in determining lending opportunities.Banks and institutions operating under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) will also find this information highly useful in meeting the institution's needs in determining underserved areas.

Hosting:
Hosting can be done by QuestSoft or the data can be hosted at the customer site.
