Ochoa is a recognized expert in the industry and is a member of several industry related committees. She serves as chair of the State Legislative & Regulatory Committee (SLRC) of the MBA that focuses on state legislation and regulations within the real estate finance industry. Ochoa is a member of the Law Committee and the State Government Relations Committee. She also belongs to the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR) and the Council of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS), where she focuses on national licensing issues and statewide compliance issues. |
