New Facility Doubles Size and Training Areas

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.-April 26, 2007- QuestSoft, the leading provider of automated compliance and geocoding services to mortgage lenders, announced that it has relocated its headquarters to a larger facility. The new location is 23441 South Pointe Drive, Suite 270 Laguna Hills, Calif. 92653.

QuestSoft's new facility offers more than double the space of its previous office and makes QuestSoft the largest tenant in the complex. The move will be significant in accommodating the company’s growing client roster which recently passed 1,600 lending institutions.

“QuestSoft has experienced substantial growth over the past five years. Our latest new products and enhancements have proven very popular and our customer service consistently receives high marks,” added Leonard Ryan, president and founder of QuestSoft. “The new office facilitates continued business growth and customer service efficiencies. For the third year in a row, QuestSoft Customer Support response times were cut in half during the final week before vital compliance reporting deadlines despite adding more than 250 new lenders to our customer base last year.”

Specifically, the new office provides extra space for customer training, product demonstration rooms, user testing, planning rooms and a client lounge.

Jason White, QuestSoft customer support manager and project coordinator, said. “As we continue to grow, the extra space in the office will give us the capacity to continue to meet customer training and support demands in a timely manner.” The new facility initially has about 50 percent space utilization giving QuestSoft the ability to more than double its employee base in a short period of time.
