CRA RELIEF 2.5 adds 17 new reports to the compliance software. Five major reports categorize and address each of the specific tests applied during the CRA examination. An optional 11 market data reports analyze specific assessment areas tailored to compare data across peers. QuestSoft has also included a mapping export that can be used to view, print or e-mail maps of lending activity.
“CRA RELIEF 2.5 helps banks prepare for their annual exams with reports tailored to the lending tests by which they are evaluated,” said Leonard Ryan, founder and president of QuestSoft. ”By assuming the compliance automation burden for our clients, financial institutions can spend fewer resources on regulations and more focus on operating efficiently and increasing competitiveness in the marketplace.”
Through QuestSoft’s strategic relationship with Wallingford, Conn.-based GeoDataVision, CRA RELIEF 2.5 also provides vital market data that measures an institution’s performance against others in its assessment area. CRA RELIEF 2.5 also enables financial institutions to import its HMDA loans to verify existence of the data contained for reporting HMDA purposes. In addition, the HMDA data can be compared to the CRA data for an overall compliance picture.
