Five-year agreement provides integrated compliance services
Laguna Hills, Calif., Sept. 10, 2007 – QuestSoft, a provider of compliance software and geocoding services for lenders, and Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv® Lending Solutions, a unit of Fiserv Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV), have extended their partnership offering compliance integrations with easyLENDER® and UniFi® PRO customers into at least 2012. The integration gives Fiserv customers tools to expedite the preparation and filing of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) data.
Fiserv’s easyLENDER and UniFi PRO customers receive QuestSoft’s HMDA RELIEF customized to their individual mortgage lending needs. HMDA RELIEF guides lending professionals through the compliance and submission process, saving 90 percent in preparation time over manual processes. Instant Geocoder is designed to verify addresses and demographic information.

As a result of the extended partnership, Fiserv customers will also benefit from increased participation from QuestSoft and Fiserv staff during integrations.
