Compliance Implementation Specialist

Remote or Brentwood - TN

We are currently seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join our growing team in Brentwood, TN! The Implementation Specialist will have mortgage industry knowledge to assist with onboarding and training clients for our Fair Lending and CRA modules. They will serve as a subject matter expert on Ncontracts software solutions to ensure clients fully understand how best to utilize our products and services to assist in their compliance program.

Essential Functions
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients – including kick off calls, data imports, software training session(s) and post implementation follow up.
  • Assist clients with mapping and configuring Fair Lending and CRA data in the appropriate fields for import into the software.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure a successful review of the client’s information has been completed.
  • Provide online trainings.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tool and techniques.
  • Initiate and respond to telephone and online support inquiries.
  • Ensure that all projects and deliverables are timely and within the scope of contract provisions.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stake holders


  • Knowledge of Fair lending and CRA preferred.
  • Training experience with a web tool such as GoToMeeting, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with capability of prioritizing.
  • Excellent verbal, written and project management skills.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Two years or more of training or customer service experience
  • Minimum one year working with HMDA and/or CRA data.
  • CRCM Certification Preferred
