    LAGUNA HILLS, CALIF., Oct. 5, 2017 – QuestSoft, a provider of automated mortgage compliance software, has released an update to their testing database for the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) HMDA collection rules that go into effect in 2018. The new update enables lenders to fully test their live loan files against the 2018 validity and quality edits, three months before being mandated to collect this data on all mortgage loans subject to the new requirements.

  • QuestSoft Adds NMLS Mortgage Call Report Data Validation and Checks in Compliance EAGLE Platform

    LAGUNA HILLS, CALIF., Aug. 21, 2017 – QuestSoft’s Compliance EAGLE software platform has added new loan-level data checks and validation for Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) Mortgage Call Reports. This new functionality allows lenders to check for and correct errors and also display warnings during the normal loan funding cycle. The feature was announced to attendees at the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR) conference August 1-3 in San Antonio, TX.

  • QuestSoft Releases Free CFPB HMDA Testing Version to Customers

    LAGUNA HILLS, CALIF., Jan. 11, 2017 – QuestSoft, a provider of automated mortgage compliance software, has released a testing version for the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) HMDA rules that go into effect in 2018. The special module is available in the company’s Compliance RELIEF HMDA software and enables customers to test imports and perform data validation on 110 HMDA data points, as if the new data collection rules from the CFPB were in effect today.
