If your company holds a state license or state registration through the NMLS, and is a Fannie Mae Seller/Servicer, a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer or a Ginnie Mae Issuer, then your company must complete the Residential Mortgage Loan Activity (RMLA) Section II, also known as “Expanded MCR.”

And if your company is a Fannie Mae Seller/Servicer, a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer or a Ginnie Mae Issuer, it must submit a Financial Condition (FC), which collects financial information at the company level. (It does not have to be completed by state.)

This will need to be submitted for each state in which a company is licensed and which requires the MCR.

Both RMLA and FC components must be submitted quarterly, within 45 days of the end of every calendar quarter:
